constant "want" is like a wave hitting a rock

The picture above was taking by my hiking buddy Pablo. See the waves hitting the rocks?  That's  how the constant "want" for sweets and pastries hits me.  It ebs and flows... reminding me that just a piece of chocolate or pan dulce would make me smile.

Looking forward to the waves subsiding.
