In 4 days, I will be doing an obstacle course. I'm not ready!!!!
Calm down paula. There will be walls. If you can't climb them. You will at least try. You will do your best and you know what? You're a winner for just signing up.
Now put on your running shoes and try for 3 miles tonight. Then do a zumba class on Thursday and walk on Friday. It's all good. You'll see.
